How to Disable Service Manager Connectors in the Production Environment

Use the following procedure to disable the Service Manager connectors in the production environment.
To disable a connector
In the Service Manager console, click Administration.
In the Administration pane, expand Administration, and then click Connectors.
In the Connectors pane, select the connector that you want to disable.
In the Tasks pane, under the connector name, click Disable.
In the Disable Connector dialog box, click OK.
