(EEUR) Intrastat (modified form)

Click Organization administration > Periodic > Foreign trade > Intrastat.
Use this form to generate and report information about trade among European Union (EU) countries/regions. Intrastat transactions contain information about the volume and amount of item movements from one country/region to another.
You can create transactions in the form manually and edit each transferred field. For information about Intrastat reporting, see the Intrastat requirements for your location.

Open the Selection form, where you can specify the transaction types, such as customer invoices and packing slips, to include in the current Intrastat report. |
Output |
Open the Intrastat report form, where you select a date range and other criteria to specify the transactions to include in the current Intrastat report. |

Intrastat statistical adjustment amount |
Enter the amount of the adjustment for the item for Intrastat reporting. The statistical adjustment amount is equal to the Intrastat additional value. |
Intrastat statistical value |
The statistical value of the item. The statistical value is calculated as Item amount + Statistical adjustment amount. |
Correction |
Select this check box if the current report is a correction of a prior report. |
Country/region of sender or receiver |
Enter the country or region where the items were purchased or sold. This information is required if you want to validate the Intrastat report. |
State of sender or receiver |
Enter the state in the country or region where the items were purchased or sold. |
The number of units in the additional quantity of the item |
Enter the quantity of additional units. |
The symbol of the unit of measure of the additional quantity |
Enter the unit of measurement for the additional items. |
