Click Organization administration > Setup > Foreign trade > Commodity codes.

Use this form to manage commodity codes. A commodity code should be attached to all items that your organization buys from and sells to European Union (EU) countries and regions. You can specify a commodity code for each item in the Released products form on the Foreign trade FastTab.
