(BRA) Sales quotation (modified form)

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales quotations > All quotations. Double-click a quotation, or on the Action Pane, click Sales quotation to create a sales quotation.
Use this form to create, edit, and inquire about sales quotations for customers and prospects.
You can specify fiscal information for a quotation, such as the operation type and Código Fiscal de Operações E Prestações (CFOP) code. You can also specify information about interest and fine rates that are used to calculate interest and fines on delayed payments.

CFOP |
Enter the CFOP code for the sales quotation line. |
SUFRAMA discount |
Enter the discount percentage for the customer from the Superintendência da Zona Franca de Manaus (SUFRAMA) region. Note The SUFRAMA discount is calculated based on the values in the SUFRAMA and Discount PIS and COFINS fields in the Customers form, and on the sales tax code that you select for the quotation. |

Select a fine code to calculate the fine on the customer fiscal document if the payment is delayed. |
Interest code |
Select an interest code to calculate the interest on the customer fiscal document if the payment is delayed. |

Operation type |
Select the operation type for the sales quotation. |
Final user |
Select this check box to indicate that the customer is the final user. If you select this check box, the Imposto Sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços (ICMS) tax includes the Imposto Sobre Produtos Industrializados (IPI) tax and any freight charges. |
SUFRAMA |
A selected check box indicates that the customer is from the SUFRAMA region. SUFRAMA customers are exempt from paying ICMS and IPI taxes. |
Discount PIS and COFINS |
A selected check box indicates that Programa de Integração Social (PIS) and Contribuição para o financiamente da securidade social (COFINS) are exempt for SUFRAMA customers. |
