(POL) Packages at customers report (PlInventPackagesAtCustomer)

Use the Packages at customers report to verify and print details about packages that are returnable by customers. This report displays the quantity of packages that are returned by customers and the deposit amounts that are paid for the picked packages. This report is typically used by collection agents, collection managers, compliance managers, accounts receivable clerks, accounts receivable managers, accountants, accounting managers, accounting supervisors, and accounts receivable payment clerks.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Description

Customer account

The account number of the customer who returned the packages.

Packaging code

The unique identification code for the returnable package.

Description

A description of the packaging code.

Quantity that has been picked

The number of returnable packages for the specified customer account.

Deposit for picked packages

The deposit amount for packages.
