Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Journals > Periodic journals > Writing off on condition.

Use this form to write off fixed asset (FA) journals. You can create a write off-transaction to specify the details about the disposal of a fixed asset when its useful life has expired.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.




Create or update a fixed asset journal for the write-off transaction.


Modify the details of the fixed asset journal that is selected on the Overview tab.




Open the Writing off by lifetime journal lines creation form, where you can specify selection criteria for creating fixed asset journal lines for the write-off transaction.


Confirm and close the write-off journal.

FA journal

Open the FA journal form, where you can write off a lifetime transaction.


This button is enabled only when you confirm and close the write-off journal.



Journal number

The fixed asset journal number for the write-off transaction.

Writing off date

Modify the journal date for the write-off transaction.


The write-off date is equal to the depreciation start date plus the useful life of the asset.

Write-off condition

Select the condition for writing off fixed assets, from the following options:

  • By lifetime – Based on the fixed asset lifetime.

  • By depreciation group – Based on the fixed asset depreciation group.

Fixed asset journal name

Select the journal name for the write-off transaction.


A selected check box indicates that the fixed asset journal is posted.

FA journal

The ledger journal batch number.
