(BRA) Settle open transactions - customer (modified form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Accounts receivable > Journals > Payments > Payment journal. Select or create a payment journal. Click Lines. Enter a payment line, and then click Functions > Settlement.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Customers > All customers. Select or create a customer. On the Action Pane, on the Collect tab, click Settle open transactions.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Customers > All customers. Select or create a customer. On the Action Pane, on the Collect tab, click Settle open transactions.

–or–

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select or create a sales order. On the Action Pane, on the Invoice tab, click Open transactions.

Use this form to view open customer transactions and mark them for settlement. You can view the information related to the fine and interest amounts that are calculated if the payment is delayed. You can also view information related to the export and return processes for customer payments.

Fields

Field

Description

Fiscal establishment ID

The identification code of the fiscal establishment that is associated with the transaction.

Interest amount

The interest amount for the customer transaction that is calculated if the payment is delayed.

Fine amount

The fine amount for the customer transaction that is calculated if the payment is delayed.

Payment type

Enter the identification code for the type of electronic payment made to the bank.

Payment way

Enter the identification code for the way the electronic payment is processed by the bank.

Document type

Select the identification code of the document type for the layout group that is associated with the bank layout.

Remittance occurrence code

Select one of the following options to indicate the remittance occurrence code in Microsoft Dynamics AX that corresponds to the bank remittance occurrence code:

  • 00 – The bank makes the payment.

  • 02 – The bank returns a previous payment request to the company.

  • 03 – The bank updates the due date of a previous payment request.

Remittance date

The date when the invoice is sent to the bank.

Bank invoice number

The identification number of the invoice at the bank.

Bank folder

Select the bank folder where the invoice for the payment is placed.

Instruction 1

Select instruction code 1 for the selected layout group.

Instruction 2

Select instruction code 2 for the selected layout group.

Bank account

The bank account to which the invoice is sent for payment.

Journal number

The number of the payment journal.

Layout group

The configurator layout group that is used for the electronic payment.

Return occurrence code

The return occurrence code in Microsoft Dynamics AX that corresponds to the bank return occurrence code.

Return date

The date when the invoice information that is received from the bank is processed for electronic return.

Fine amount in %1

The fine amount in the company currency.

Fine code

The fine code that is used to calculate the fine for the customer transaction if the payment is delayed.

Interest amount in %1

The interest amount in the company currency.

Interest code

The interest code that is used to calculate the interest for the customer transaction if the payment is delayed.
