Connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and 2015 with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (both on-premises and Online) can share marketing data through a free downloadable solution called Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Connector can be installed and configured by a Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator. This documentation describes, through a series of walkthroughs and diagrams, how to install and configure the connector solution and other components to enable data synchronization between the two marketing applications. When this is completed, marketing data changes in one application will be kept synchronized with the other application. Customers can use either marketing application to perform their work.

Before you can start connecting Microsoft Dynamics Marketing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, download Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Connector. To read the latest technical articles and whitepapers related to Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, see Technical articles.

The Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Connector requires, at a minimum, that Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Update Rollup 12 be installed for an on-premises deployment or that you have Microsoft Dynamics CRM December 2012 Service Update or later for an online deployment.

Separate Connector solutions are available for CRM 2011, CRM 2013, and CRM 2015. After installation you can locate different Connector solutions in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics Marketing\Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Solutions. Uninstall any previous Connector solutions before installing the latest Connector solution on your machine.
