Attributes

Remarks

For explicit hierarchies and collection members, the parent entity is required. For derived hierarchies, you need both entities if you are getting nodes under anything besides Root/null/blank/default.

The ParentEntityId will be the same as the child for standard hierarchies, but it will be different for derived hierarchies. For derived hierarchies, you can use the child entity returned for the prior level.
