IDTSBufferManager90.GetBLOBObject Method

Creates an IDTSBLOBObject90 that is used to manipulate binary large objects (BLOBs).

JScript does not support passing value-type arguments by reference.

Parameters

ppNewObject
The newly created IDTSBLOBObject90 object.

Remarks

This method is called to create an instance of the IDTSBLOBObject90. This object is used when working with columns in an IDTSBuffer90 that contain BLOB data, such as columns whose DataType is DT_IMAGE.

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
