$srv = new-Object Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Smo.Server("(local)")
$db = New-Object Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Smo.Database
$db = $srv.Databases.Item("AdventureWorks2012")

Foreach ($tb in $db.Tables)
   If ($tb.IsPartitioned -eq $TRUE)
Write-Host "The" $tb.Name "table is partitioned."
