Table.IsSystemObject Property

Gets the Boolean property value that specifies whether the table is a system object.

Property Value

Type: Boolean
A Boolean value that specifies whether the table is a system object.If True, the table is a system object. Otherwise, False (default).



The following code example shows how to list system object tables in the AdventureWorks2012 database.


Server srv = new Server("(local)");
Database db = srv.Databases["AdventureWorks2012"];

foreach (Table tb in db.Tables) 
   if (tb.IsSystemObject == True)
      Console.WriteLine("The " + tb.Name + " table is a system object.");


$srv = new-Object Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Smo.Server("(local)")
$db = New-Object Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Smo.Database
$db = $srv.Databases.Item("AdventureWorks2012")
