Thread Pool Properties

Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services supports the thread pool server properties listed in the following tables. To view or change these properties for an instance of Analysis Services, in SQL Server Management Studio, right-click the Analysis Services instance, and then click Properties.

    A signed 32-bit integer property that defines the number of threads that can be created for short commands.

  • MaxThreads
    A signed 32-bit integer property that defines the maximum number of threads.

    The default value for this property is 10.
