Dimension Properties Dialog Box (Analysis Services - Multidimensional Data)

Use the Dimension Properties dialog box in SQL Server Management Studio to set the properties of a dimension in an Analysis Services database. You can display the Dimension Properties dialog box by right-clicking a dimension in Object Explorer and selecting Properties.

TermDefinition
NameDisplays the name of the dimension.
IDDisplays the identifier of the dimension.
DescriptionDisplays the description of the dimension.
Create TimestampDisplays the date and time the dimension was created.
Last Schema UpdateDisplays the date and time the metadata for the dimension was last updated.
Processing ModeSelect the processing mode to use for the dimension. For more information about the values for this property, see ProcessingMode.
StateDisplays the processing state of the dimension. For more information about the values for this property, see State.
Last ProcessedDisplays the date and time the dimension was last processed.
Current Storage ModeDisplays the current storage mode for the dimension. For more information about the values for this property, see CurrentStorageMode.
