Data Source View Designer (SSAS)

Use the Data Source View Designer in Business Intelligence Development Studio to edit various properties of a data source view and to organize the objects defined in a data source view in multiple diagrams. You can display the Data Source View Designer dialog box by:

  • Right-clicking a data source view in Solution Explorer and selecting Open or View Designer.
  • Double-clicking a data source view in Solution Explorer.

Pane Definition

Toolbar

Diagram

Use the Diagram pane to view the objects and relationships included in a diagram for the data source view. For more information about this pane, see Diagram (Data Source View Designer) (SSAS).

Diagram Organizer

Use the Diagram Organizer pane to organize the diagrams contained in the data source view. For more information about this pane, see Diagram Organizer (Data Source View Designer) (SSAS).

Tables
