Profit Chart Settings Dialog Box (Mining Accuracy Chart View)

Use the Profit Cost dialog box to configure settings for generating a profit chart. For more information about profit charts, see Lift Chart (Analysis Services - Data Mining).

Options

  • Population
    Enter the number of cases in the dataset that is being used to create the profit chart.

  • Fixed Cost
    Enter the total fixed costs that are associated with the business scenario you are analyzing. For example, if there is a cost to set up mailing flyers regardless of the number that will be sent, these are your fixed costs.

  • Individual Cost
    Enter additional costs, individually that are not included in the fixed costs.

  • Revenue per Individual
    Enter estimated revenue that results from a sale or new customer.
