Send Mail Task Custom Properties (DTS Package Migration Wizard)

Use the Send Mail Task Custom Properties dialog box to configure the properties of one or more Send Mail tasks. This dialog box appears only when the migrating packages include at least one Send Mail task.

Options

  • SMTP Server
    Specify the SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server to use in the migrated Send Mail tasks.

  • From
    Provide the e-mail address of the sender in the migrated Send Mail tasks.

  • Use properties across packages
    Indicate whether you want to use the same property specifications for all of the packages.

  • Use properties only for the current package
    Indicate whether you want to limit the property specifications to the current package.
