Gets a value that indicates whether the columns in an IDTSInputColumnCollection90 are sorted.

Property Value

true if the columns are sorted; otherwise, false.

The IsSorted and SortKeyPosition properties work together to inform other components in the data flow that the data received in an input is already sorted in the order specified by the value of the SortKeyPosition of the input columns. These properties do not cause any sorting to occur.
