Retrieves whether this database supports using a column that is not in the SELECT statement in an ORDER BY clause.

true if supported. Otherwise, false.

This supportsOrderByUnrelated method is specified by the supportsOrderByUnrelated method in the java.sql.DatabaseMetaData interface.
