Retrieves an enumerator that can iterate through the current PromoCodeRecordCollection.

An IEnumerator for enumerating the entire collection of PromoCodeRecord objects.

Remarks
Use this method to retrieve the enumerator for the PromoCodeRecordCollection.
Enumerators can be used to read the data in the collection, but they cannot be used to modify the underlying collection.
