The SCAP Extensions for System Center Configuration Manager include Windows command line tools that can take advantage of the accessibility features and tools of Windows.
Command line parameters are documented in this user guide for SCAPToDCM.exe and DCMToSCAP.exe.
-help and -? will print tool usage to the screen where it will be available to screen readers and other assistive technology.
Windows accessibility tools are described in Personalization & Ease of Access.
Configuration Manager includes features that make the product more accessible for people with disabilities, and the SCAP Extensions make use of those features, described in Accessibility Features of Configuration Manager
