Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the user is prompted for the value of the parameter.

Property Value
Type: System.Boolean
true if the user is prompted for the value of the parameter; otherwise, false. The default is false.
Remarks
If this property is set to false, trying to supply a parameter value will return an error.
The value for the PromptUser property has a corresponding PromptUserSpecified property that indicates whether this property should be omitted from the Web service call.
