Service Continuity Management Service Description – vNext

With the updated infrastructure and improved resiliency design in our Office 365 services we are updating our service continuity management processes to offer proactive bi-annual reports that provide validation of the state of Office 365 service continuity management, and information on primary services continuity and resiliency capabilities. This report is designed to provide customers with greater transparency around our business continuity testing program, and replace the need for manual physical failover exercises which no longer emulate how failovers actually occur in the Office 365 environments. The new report is currently available upon request via your Service Delivery Manager.
