Eligible Services and Plans

When you purchase any of these services through an eligible plan, Microsoft helps you onboard them to Office 365 and start making use of them.

  • You can get help through the Office 365 admin center or the FastTrack site. To get help through the Office 365 admin center, your admin signs into the admin center and then clicks the Need help? widget. To get help through the FastTrack site, sign in, click Services, and complete the Request Assistance for Office 365 form.

    If you have a partner listed in your Office 365 tenant, you won’t see this option. Please consult your partner for assistance.
  • Partners can also get help through the FastTrack site on behalf of a customer. To do so, the partner signs in to the site, selects the customer record, clicks Services, and completes the Request Assistance for Office 365 form.

  • You can also ask for FastTrack Center help from the FastTrack site in the list of available services for your tenant.

Your on-premises environment must pass the FastTrack Center checks before Microsoft can offer any help.

FastTrack Center provides assistance for the following Office 365 services:

Your services are eligible if you purchase at least 50 licenses for an Office 365 tenant using one of the following plans (including equivalent Office 365 Germany plans):
