Purchase and assign Dynamics 365 (online) licenses

Dynamics 365 introduces a new licensing model with choices that extend to pricing with Dynamics 365. Get monthly plans—with apps packaged for savings—or standalone applications. Opt for full or light use. And select the edition that meets the needs of your large or small business, now and down the road.

Get started with the following resources: |
Browse to the Office 365 admin center and sign in as a global admin.
Click Billing > Purchase Services.
Select the subscription that best fits your company's Dynamics 365 needs.
Click Buy now and then follow the steps to purchase a new license.
Browse to the Office 365 admin center and sign in as a global admin.
Click Users > Active users.
Select multiple users, a then click Edit product licenses.
Click Replace existing product license assignments, and then click Next.
Turn on the license for your Dynamics 365 plan.
Click Replace, and then click Close twice.
Review the license status on the Active users page and make other assignments as needed.
