Collaborate with your team
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) offers a number of tools for collaboration. Through integration with other Microsoft collaboration tools, users of Customer Engagement (on-premises) can work closely with team members, even if they're not also users of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises).
Office 365 Groups - Out-of-the-box integration with Office 365 Groups for agenda, conversation, OneNote, documents, and member management. See Collaborate with your colleagues using Microsoft 365 Groups.
OneDrive for Business - Store documents in your OneDrive for Business workspace. See Use OneDrive for Business to manage your private documents.
Note
OneNote integration is not supported in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises).
