ReportingService2010.SetItemLink(String, String) Method

Definition

Specifies the catalog item that is used for the item definition of an existing linked item. This method applies to the Report item type.

Parameters

ItemPath
String

The fully qualified URL of the linked item including the file name.

Link
String

The full path name of the report that contains the report definition.

If the item specified in the ItemPath parameter already contains an item definition, a SOAP exception is thrown with error code rsWrongItemType.

Using this method changes the ModifiedBy, ModifiedDate, and Size properties of the item.
