Returns the path for the directory for storing client configuration files.

Parameters

CreateDir: Boolean

Set to true to create the directory, or false to return the path but not create the directory.

String

The path for the directory to contain the configuration files.

Exceptions

UnauthorizedAccessException

The caller does not have the required permission.

Remarks

Creates the directories "\com\SOAPAssembly\" under the system directory.
