Returns a value that indicates whether the current instance of PersonalizableAttribute and the specified PersonalizableAttribute have the same IsPersonalizable property value.

The PersonalizableAttribute to be compared to the current instance.
Returns
true
if the two attributes have the same IsPersonalizable value; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
Use this method to match properties that have the same IsPersonalizable value.
