Important Note

On January 17, 2017, we will be retiring the Rollout and Adoption Success Kit (RASK) resources. We are integrating our adoption resources into our Microsoft FastTrack offerings, while still offering high-quality consumable content for you to leverage with your adoption efforts. In line with this strategy, we have published a new resource for you to use: the Skype for Business Adoption Content Directory. This directory is the one resource where you will find all of the 'APPROVED' Skype for Business adoption content we offer.

About RASK

The Rollout and Adoption Success Kit (RASK) is designed to help you achieve rapid, sustained adoption of Skype for Business/Lync and long-term operational success. It focuses on the organizational readiness, change management, and user experience aspects of your rollout.

RASK uses an intuitive framework with valuable resources and prescriptive guidance to ensure that these critical components are considered, incorporated, and properly aligned from the earliest stages of your technical deployment through run state operations.

RASK is organized into 3 core components: Rollout phases, Readiness focus areas, and the Deployment readiness report. Together, these components create a flexible framework that is easy to customize according to the unique characteristics of your organization, and that is relevant to deployments of almost any size or complexity.
