In this screencast John Baker, Sr. IT Professional Evangelist from Microsoft, uses the the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2010 to first create, and then deploy a custom Windows 7 image to a Reference computer. Then the image is "Sysprepped" and captured, creating a custom, Windows image in the form of a .wim file.
