There is no working folder mapping for {0}.

When binding a solution to source control using Team Foundation source control, you may encounter one of the following errors:

  • There is no working folder mapping for {0}.

  • The mappings for the solution could not be found.

The possible cause of these errors is that the solution is not located in a folder mapped to the correct workspace.

To correct this error

  1. In Visual Studio, on the File menu, click Source Control, and then click Workspaces.

  2. In the Manage Workspaces dialog box, select your workspace, and click Edit.

  3. In the Edit Workspace dialog box, check that the folders where your solution is located appear in the Working folders list.

  4. If your solution folders do not appear, add them to the Working folders list and be sure they are mapped to an appropriate folder on Team Foundation Server. For more information, see How to: Add and Remove a Working Folder in a Workspace
