About This Video
In this interviewIman Naimi, Microsoft Innovation Center Lead in Jordan, interviews Ahmad Abou-El-Keshek, System Administrator for Jordan’s Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. Mr Abou-El-Keshek evaluated Windows 7 early, learning that the operating system provides important capabilities including a better working environment for users. He used the Windows 7 deployment service to install the operating system efficiently on 600 machines via the network. In running Windows 7, employees found that the machines were much faster and the environment was much safer. In addition, higher stability meant that the number of help desk calls decreased.
