SQL Server 2008 Introduction to Resource Governor

About This Video
I actually made this screencast of Resource Governor before SQL Server 2008 came out, and it's had a lot of hits on my blog so I thought I should add it to TechNet Edge, as there doesn't seem to be one on this really useful feature here.

The resources this refers to are memory and CPU, and the govenror is a function that you write to decide on how to group connections (by user, by database) together an then allocate resources to them.
