VendInvoiceInfoTable.updateDate Method
Indicates whether the TransDate value or DocumentDate value is used when it sets various values to their default value.

Remarks
If the DocumentDate field in VendParameters is selected and the transaction has a DocumentDate, the DocumentDate value is used; otherwise, the TransDate value is used.
