Removes an entry point from a multi-site deployment.

Detailed Description

The Remove-DAEntryPoint cmdlet removes all the servers contained in an entry point from a multi-site deployment, therefore also removing the entry point.

Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure.CimInstance#DAEntryPoint

The Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure.CimInstance object is a wrapper class that displays Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) objects. The path after the pound sign (#) provides the namespace and class name for the underlying WMI object.
The DAEntryPoint object that contains the IP address used for global load balancing to the entry point, and a list of servers in the entry point.

This example removes an entry point named Entry Point 2 from an existing multi-site deployment. Specifying the PassThru parameter presents the DAEntryPoint object that was removed.
