(BRA) Fiscal reference (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Accounts payable > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders. Select or create a purchase order or a return purchase order. On the Action Pane, click the Invoice tab, and then click Invoice. In the Vendor invoice form, on the Action Pane, on the Vendor invoice tab, click Add fiscal reference.

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders. Select or create a purchase order or a return purchase order. On the Action Pane, click the Invoice tab, and then click Invoice. In the Vendor invoice form, on the Action Pane, on the Vendor invoice tab, click Add fiscal reference.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select or create a sales order. On the Action Pane, click the Invoice tab, and then click Invoice. In the Posting invoice form, in the lower pane, click the Setup tab, and then click Fiscal reference.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select or create a sales order. On the Action Pane, click the Invoice tab, and then click Invoice. In the Posting invoice form, in the lower pane, click the Setup tab, and then click Fiscal reference.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Fiscal documents > All sales complementary fiscal documents. Select or create a sales complementary fiscal document. On the Action Pane, click Add fiscal reference.

Click Accounts payable > Common > Fiscal documents > All purchase complementary fiscal documents. Select or create a purchase complementary fiscal document. On the Action Pane, click Add fiscal reference.

Use this form to attach customer or vendor fiscal documents as fiscal references to another fiscal document. Fiscal references are used to link two or more related fiscal documents. You attach fiscal references to a fiscal document when you post the fiscal document. You can use this form to manually set up a referenced fiscal document if the fiscal document is not available in Microsoft Dynamics AX. You can also use this form to view the fiscal references that are attached to a posted fiscal document.

Fiscal document

Open the Choose fiscal reference based fiscal documents form, where you can select existing customer, vendor, or transfer fiscal documents and attach them as fiscal references to the fiscal document.

Field

Description

Document model

Select the document model for the fiscal document. If the Is for NF-e (federal) check box is selected for the document model in the Document model form, the Access key field is available and the Number and Series fields are not available.

Access key

Enter the access key for the electronic fiscal document (NF-e).

Nota

This field is available only if you select a document model in the Document model field, and the Is for NF-e (federal) check box is selected for the document model in the Document model form.

Number

Enter the identification number of the fiscal document.

Nota

This field is available only if you select a document model in the Document model field, and the Is for NF-e (federal) check box is not selected for the document model in the Document model form.

Series

Enter the series number of the fiscal document.

Nota

This field is available only if you select a document model in the Document model field, and the Is for NF-e (federal) check box is not selected for the document model in the Document model form.

Date

Select the document date of the fiscal document.

Direction

Select one of the following options to indicate whether the fiscal document is related to incoming or outgoing products or services:

  • Incoming

  • Outgoing

Issuer

Select an option to indicate whether the fiscal document was issued by the Fiscal establishment or by a Third party.

Account type

Select Customer, Vendor, or Fiscal establishment as the type of account.

Account

Select the customer account, vendor account, or fiscal establishment that generated the fiscal document.

Text ID

Select the fiscal document source text for the referenced fiscal document.
