Response Groups: Group

Response groups consist of agent groups, queues, and workflows. An agent group is a group of people who are designated to answer Grupo de respuesta calls.

The Response GroupsGroup page displays a list of all the agent groups that are defined for your organization.

You can perform the following tasks from the Response GroupsGroup page:

  • Create a new agent group

  • Change an existing agent group

  • Delete an agent group

The following list describes the commands on the page.

  • New    Starts a new agent group.

  • Edit    Opens the selected agent group to edit it, selects all agent groups in the list, or deletes the selected agent groups.

  • Refresh    Refreshes the list of agent groups.

The following list describes the fields on the page.

  • Name    The unique name that identifies the agent group.

  • Service    The ApplicationServer service that hosts the agent group.

  • Description    The description for the agent group.
