Response Groups Queue

Response groups consist of agent groups, queues, and workflows. Grupo de respuesta queues hold calls to a response group until an agent answers the call.

The Response GroupsQueue page displays a list of all the Grupo de respuesta queues that are defined for your organization.

You can perform the following tasks from the Response GroupsQueue page:

  • Create a new queue

  • Change an existing queue

  • Delete a queue

The following list describes the commands on the page.

  • New    Starts a new queue.

  • Edit    Opens the selected queue to edit it, selects all queue in the list, or deletes the selected queue.

  • Refresh    Refreshes the list of queues.

The following list describes the fields on the page.

  • Name    The unique name that identifies the queue.

  • Service    The ApplicationServer service that hosts the queue.

  • Description    The description for the queue.
