Ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM includes operations such as updating, customizing, monitoring, and relocating or reconfiguring Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server and required or optional technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SharePoint.

Operations that require intensive database transactions cannot be run concurrently. This includes the following operations.

  • Publishing customizations
