Questionnaire types (form)

Click Home > Setup > Questionnaires > Design > Questionnaire types.
Use this form to create and maintain questionnaire types that are used to classify questionnaires. For example, questionnaire types can be:
Human resource development
Customer surveys
Review process
If you have several different questionnaires, you can filter them by type in the Questionnaires form to help make it easier to find a specific questionnaire.
