Form templates (form)

Click Home > Setup > Questionnaires > Design > Form templates.
Use this form to select a background image to display behind questions during an answer session. If you do not specify a form template, the questions are displayed against a blank background.
Templates support many graphic file formats, except for the .gif file name extension. Verify with a system administrator that the file formats you use are supported by your system.
Notes
You cannot select a background image for a web answer session in this form.
