Windows interface administrative tool reference A-Z: Remote Assistance

You can use Remote Assistance to invite a trusted person to chat with you, observe your working screen, and, with your permission, remotely control your computer.

To use Remote Assistance

  1. Open Help and Support Center.

  2. Click Tools.

  3. Click Help and Support Center Tools.

  4. Click Remote Assistance.
