Eseguire lo script di migrazione 1 per controllare i dati di Project Server 2003

Lo script di migrazione 1 è uno dei numerosi script per la migrazione che sono stati inclusi in Virtual Migration Environment (VME) di Project Server per assistere gli utenti nella migrazione dei dati di Microsoft Office Project Server 2003. L'esecuzione di questo script sul database di Project Server 2003 consente di identificare possibili errori che impediscono il corretto completamento del processo di migrazione. Lo script di SQL Server si limita alla lettura del database di Project Server 2003 (non esegue operazioni di scrittura sul database di Project Server 2003).

AvvisoWarning
Questo script fa parte dei numerosi script per la pre-migrazione inclusi in Virtual Migration Environment (VME) di Project Server. Tali script sono facoltativi, tuttavia è consigliabile eseguirli per individuare eventuali problemi che potrebbero impedire la migrazione corretta dei dati. Lo script consente di identificare i problemi seguenti:

  • Versione del database di Project Server 2003 (che prima della migrazione deve essere SP3)

  • Progetti estratti

  • Progetti modificati esternamente

  • Progetti con aggiornamenti di stato in sospeso

  • Risorse dell'organizzazione duplicate

  • Risorse dell'organizzazione duplicate nei progetti

  • Modello globale dell'organizzazione modificato esternamente

  • Modello globale dell'organizzazione estratto

  • Modello globale dell'organizzazione bloccato

  • Lingua predefinita diversa nelle tabelle di Project e nelle tabelle Web

  • Nome di risorse contenente una virgola

  • Campi personalizzati risorse organizzazione obbligatori privi di valori

  • Campi personalizzati risorse organizzazione obbligatori con valori non presenti nella definizione della tabella di ricerca

  • Risorse dell'organizzazione modificate esternamente

  • Campi personalizzati durata risorsa organizzazione con elenchi di valori

  • Campi personalizzati durata risorsa organizzazione con valori non validi

Per eseguire lo script 1
  1. Sul desktop di VME fare clic su Start Migration Process. Verrà visualizzata una finestra di Esplora risorse con il contenuto dell'unità E.

  2. In Esplora risorse fare doppio clic sulla cartella seguente:

    • Se si dispone di un solo database Project Server 2003, aprire la cartella Migrate_Proj_2003_Single_DB.

    • Se si dispone di database Project Server 2003 divisi, aprire la cartella Migrate_Proj_2003_Split_DB.

  3. Aprire la cartella Verification Scripts e fare clic su VME Script 1.sql. Verrà aperto SQL Server Management Studio con lo script 1.

  4. Fare clic su Execute per eseguire lo script.

  5. Verificare i risultati dello script ed eseguire le eventuali azioni correttive necessarie.

NotaNote
Per ulteriori informazioni sui passaggi di convalida dei dati di Project Server 2003 e sulle azioni correttive, vedere Correggere i problemi relativi ai dati identificati nello script A1 per la pre-migrazione (Project Server 2010).

È necessario apportare correzioni al database di Project Server 2003 tramite Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 nell'ambiente Project Server 2003. Al termine, creare una copia di backup del database di Project Server 2003 e quindi utilizzare le procedure illustrate in Caricare dati in VME per Project Server per ripristinare il database aggiornato nella macchina virtuale VME. Sarà quindi possibile eseguire di nuovo lo script 1 sul database aggiornato per verificare che tutti i problemi siano stati risolti.
