La funzionalità di inventario dell'hardware disponibile in Configuration Manager consente di raccogliere informazioni sui computer dell'organizzazione. In Service Manager è possibile utilizzare un connettore Configuration Manager per importare i dati di inventario dell'hardware da Configuration Manager. Le tabelle in questa appendice vengono descritti il mapping tra Service Manager viste di database di proprietà e i nomi delle colonne di Configuration Manager 2007.
