Disable-VMMigration

SYNOPSIS

Disables migration on one or more virtual machine hosts.

SYNTAX

ComputerName (Default)

Disable-VMMigration [[-ComputerName] <String[]>] [[-Credential] <PSCredential[]>] [-Passthru] [-WhatIf]
 [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]

CimSession

Disable-VMMigration [-CimSession] <CimSession[]> [-Passthru] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

The Disable-VMMigration cmdlet disables migration on one or more virtual machine hosts.

EXAMPLES

Example 1

PS C:\> Disable-VMMigration

Disables live migration on the local Hyper-V host.

PARAMETERS

-CimSession

Runs the cmdlet in a remote session or on a remote computer. Enter a computer name or a session object, such as the output of a New-CimSession or Get-CimSession cmdlet. The default is the current session on the local computer.
