The Set-VMSwitchExtensionPortFeature cmdlet configures a feature on a virtual network adapter. The feature must have been configured previously on the virtual network adapter.

-CimSession<Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure.CimSession[]>

-Credential<System.Management.Automation.PSCredential[]>

Specifies one or more user accounts that have permission to perform this action. The default is the current user.

-ExternalPort

Specifies the virtual switch port connected to the external network adapter.

-ManagementOS

Specifies the management (e.g. parent, or host) operating system.

-Passthru

Specifies that a Microsoft.HyperV.PowerShell.VMSwitchExtensionPortFeature object is to be passed through to the pipeline representing the feature to be configured.

-SwitchName<System.String>

Specifies the name of the virtual switch.

-VM<Microsoft.HyperV.PowerShell.VirtualMachine[]>

Specifies the virtual machine on which the feature is to be configured.

-VMName<String[]>

Specifies the name of the virtual machine on which the feature is to be configured.

-VMNetworkAdapter<Microsoft.HyperV.PowerShell.VMNetworkAdapterBase[]>

Specifies the virtual network adapter.

-VMNetworkAdapterName<System.String>

Specifies the name of the virtual network adapter.

-VMSwitchExtensionFeature<Microsoft.HyperV.PowerShell.VMSwitchExtensionPortFeature[]>

Specifies the feature to be configured.

-Confirm
