DtsLocalizableAttribute は、DtsPipelineComponent 属性の DisplayName プロパティと Description プロパティの設定をサポートする抽象クラスです。
カスタム データ フロー コンポーネントを開発する場合は、このコンポーネントのリソースを含むリソース クラスの型を LocalizationType プロパティに設定することにより、このクラスの機能を使用できます。 このクラスには、ローカライズされた文字列リソースに対応する ComponentDisplayName と ComponentDescription, という名前の 2 つのプロパティを含める必要があります。
