TechNet Magazine October 2013

Updating how we deliver technical content:We’re making changes to improve the way we bring you technical information.

Over the last few years, the way you consume content has been changing and TechNet has been modernizing with you. This means, introducing new apps and services that bring you the technical content you need on an ongoing (more rapid) basis. Next month, TechNet will launch the Microsoft TechNet Companion App to bring you the latest news on products, features, and upcoming events, virtually anywhere. From your smart phone, tablet, and PC, you’ll be able to stay up-to-date on specific subjects that interest you with customizable feeds, streaming news, and filtered results from a consolidated database of Microsoft content. As part of this shift, the October 2013 issue will be the last online edition of TechNet Magazine published in the United States. While new online magazine content will no longer be published, the magazine’s archive of technical content remains and we will continue to provide new technical content in the constantly updated TechNet Library and TechNet Wiki. Likewise, TechNet Blogs is a great source for new technical articles from experts across Microsoft. To get your TechNet news delivered, sign up to receive the bi-weekly TechNet Flash newsletter. Microsoft looks forward to continuing to engage with you through the many TechNet properties and resources that exist to make your job easier and help grow your IT career. The TechNet Magazine team
