Creates a TPM owner authorization value from a supplied string.

Detailed Description

The ConvertTo-TpmOwnerAuth cmdlet creates a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) owner authorization value based on a pass phrase string. A computer requires an owner authorization value to manage a TPM.
